IronClad Protection Academy – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 29th, 2025
By enrolling in any course, training, or service offered by IronClad Protection Academy (“Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“participant,” “student,” or “client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for each course, as stated in the course description. Valid photo identification may be required at check-in.
2. Course Registration and Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your seat, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, and approved online payment platforms.
- Course fees are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the Academy.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
No Refund Policy
All course payments are non-refundable, regardless of circumstance. Please confirm your availability before registering.
Student-Initiated Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing (via email) no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled class.
- Approved reschedules will incur a $25 administrative fee.
- Requests made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
No-Show Policy
- Participants who fail to attend without prior written notice will:
- Forfeit all payments, and
- Be charged a $35 no-show fee before being allowed to register for any future classes.
IronClad-Initiated Cancellations
- If a class is canceled by IronClad Protection Academy due to weather, instructor unavailability, or low enrollment, participants will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Participants are permitted one reschedule per course with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee of up to $15, at the Academy’s discretion.
5. Safety Requirements
- All participants must adhere to safety protocols and instructor directions at all times.
- Failure to comply may result in immediate dismissal from the class without refund.
- Firearms must be unloaded and properly secured when brought to class or the range.
- Students are responsible for bringing required equipment unless otherwise specified.
6. Code of Conduct
The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant exhibiting disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.
7. Certification
Certification is not guaranteed. It requires successful completion of all written and practical assessments, as determined by the instructor. Missed components may require re-enrollment and additional fees.
8. Liability Waiver
All students must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any course. By enrolling, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with firearms, medical training, or security instruction and agree to hold IronClad Protection Academy and its staff harmless for any injuries, accidents, or damages.
9. Media Release
Unless declined in writing, you grant IronClad Protection Academy permission to use photographs or videos taken during courses for promotional, training, or educational purposes.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected solely for course administration, certification, and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.
